As your selling agent, we act for and advise you as the seller, always putting your interests first. Thanks to our experience, we know the rules and regulations surrounding the sale of your home. We also have a network of potential buyers.
First of all, we determine the asking price. To do so, we use various valuation tools, but developments in the neighbourhood and the local zoning plan also play a part.
We apply for the energy label (energy performance certificate) if the property does not have one yet. We draw up a floor plan of the home, arrange the photography and write the sales description. We also take care of the viewings and the negotiations with potential buyers and buying agents.
We will market the property through our own network of estate agents and potential buyers and on our social media, and of course also through the usual channels, such as Funda, the leading Dutch property portal. We look forward to working for you.
